Adding and managing credit cards

When you registered for your Amazon Pay account, you provided a credit card that Amazon Pay validates and also uses to apply charges if your merchant account balance becomes negative. If you want to edit that credit card information, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Seller Central.
  2. Click Settings, and then click Account Info.
  3. Click Charge Methods.
  4. On the Deposit Methods page, click Manage Charge Methods, and then click Edit next to the current credit card details.
  5. Enter the details of the charge method that you want to edit.
  6. Click Submit.

Use the Exceptions feature to enter different information for a specific service if you are signed up for multiple services.

If you want to replace your credit card, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Seller Central.
  2. Click Settings, and then click Account Info.
  3. Click Charge Methods.
  4. On the Deposit Methods page, click Replace Charge Method.
  5. Choose an existing card or click Add a new credit card.
    If you are using a new credit card, enter the credit card details.
  6. Click Set charge method.
