If you've used an off-the-shelf ecommerce solution to add Amazon Pay to your store, you will need to update it by installing the latest plugin when it's available—we'll send email when it's ready. See the list below of those ready now.

4Sellers

4Sellers has made all updates needed to meet SCA requirements. These updates have been made automatically so you don't have to do anything on your site. If necessary, an 4Sellers representative will contact you. If you have questions about the SCA update, contact 4Sellers directly.

Aptos

The SCA upgrade is included in the latest version of the ADC platform - 2019.2. If your shop runs on a previous version, reach out to your Aptos account manager to upgrade.

If your Amazon Pay integration uses a deferred authorization or deferred capture model, configure your shop to a charge on order.

Awinta

Awinta has made all updates needed for meeting SCA requirements. These updates have been made automatically so you don't have to do anything on your site.

Blubolt

Blubolt has made all updates needed to meet SCA requirements. These updates are made automatically so you don't have to do anything on your site.

Computop

An update is available for your Computop Amazon Pay integration. A Computop representative will contact all merchants directly regarding the update of their shops. You can also refer to the instructions provided on the Computop website under Amazon Pay MFA. If you have any further questions, contact Computop directly.

CosmoShop

As part of a regular update, Cosmoshop is upgrading all cloud-based Eco-Shops free of charge before 30 June 2019.

These adjustments need to be made separately according to each shop’s setup. Expect an increased volume of support requests. If you aren't sure which version of CosmoShop you use or for more information, contact your CosmoShop project manager.

Demandware

To upgrade your Amazon Pay Demandware integration, you need to apply code changes as described in the Amazon Pay SCA Upgrade Integration Guide. The Software Development Kits (SDKs) also include these changes.

EKM

EKM has made all updates needed to meet SCA requirements. These updates are made automatically so you don't have to do anything on your site.

ePages

ePages has made all updates needed for meeting SCA requirements. The updates are rolled out with version 7.38. For shops operated by ePages resellers (e.g. 1&1 Ionos or Strato), the update will be available by 3 September 2019 at the latest. These updates are made automatically so you don't have to do anything on your site.

ESONO

ESONO has made all updates needed to meet SCA requirements. These updates have been made automatically so you don't have to do anything on your site. If you have questions about the SCA update, contact ESONO directly.

etailer

If etailer provides your ecommerce solution, you don't have to do anything to meet SCA requirements. All needed updates will be made automatically.

EVEN ON SUNDAY

EVEN ON SUNDAY has made all updates needed to meet SCA requirements. To make sure SCA functionality is enabled on your site, contact EVEN ON SUNDAY.

e-vendo

Gambio

Gambio has made all updates needed to meet SCA requirements. These updates will be made available automatically ahead of the SCA deadline, there is nothing you have to do on your site.

If you operate a Gambio shop in your own hosting environment, you need to upgrade your integration to version 3.12.3.0 or 3.13.3.0. With the installation of one of these updates, the necessary SCA changes will automatically take effect.

There is currently no SCA update available for older versions.

Gambio (Alkim)

An update is available for your Amazon Pay Gambio (Alkim) integration. Follow the instructions in the update guide provided by Alkim Media within the module download file. Hood.de plugin

Hood.de has made all updates needed for meeting SCA requirements. These updates have been made automatically so you don't have to do anything on your site.

JTL

The Amazon Pay upgrade is available only for JTL 4. If you use JTL 3 in your shop, install JTL 4 to meet the Amazon Pay SCA requirements.

If you aren't sure which version of JTL you're using, look up the version in the admin section of your JTL shop (shopurl.com/admin (http://shopurl.com/admin)) under Maintenance (or Wartung) by clicking System > Update.

1. Download plugin Solution 360 (version 1.17 or higher).
2. Upload the plugin by doing one of the following:
   • Option 1: Unzip the downloaded plugin, and then copy the folder via FTP into the plugin folder /includes/plugins/ to create the path /includes/plugins/s360_amazon_lpa_shop4/info.xml.
   • Option 2: Upload the downloaded archive from the admin area of your JTL shop. (Plugins > Plugin management > Upload).
3. Log in to the admin area of your JTL4 shop.
4. Go to Plugin, and then click Plugin management.
5. Click the activated tab, and then in the Actions column next to the Amazon Pay plugin click Update.
6. Click Confirm.
7. After the update is completed, follow the instructions in the plugin documentation under "Frontend-Links aktualisieren".

Magento 2

The SCA upgrade is built-in for Magento versions 2.2.9 and 2.3.1. To check the Magento version you use, follow the instructions provided by Magento. If your plugin version is not 2.2.9 or 2.3.1, install the latest version by following the update instructions provided by Magento DevDocs.

Mauve

For all Mauve Aposhop Regional and Business, the Amazon Pay interface will automatically update on 7 August 2019 in accordance with PSD2 guidelines. For more information about Aposhop Individual and Portal, contact your Mauve account manager.

modified eCommerce (Alkim)

An update is available for your Amazon Pay modified eCommerce (Alkim) integration. Follow the instructions in the update guide provided by Alkim Media within the module download file. OpenCart

1. Download the latest Amazon Pay extension for your OpenCart version either from the OpenCart Marketplace or from the iSenseLabs website.
2. Follow the upgrade instructions provided in the file Installation and Upgrade Instructions.txt in the downloaded ZIP file.

Nexi

Nexi has made all updates needed to meet SCA requirements. These updates have been made automatically so you don’t have to do anything on your site.

If you didn’t enable Amazon Pay through the Nexi hosted payment page solution, check the Amazon Pay and Nexi API documentation to enable the upgrade.

Oxid

1. Go to Oxid eXchange, and then download the Amazon Pay upgrade plugin.
2. Upload all files via FTP from the copy_this/ folder into the /modules directory of your OXID eShop.
3. Log in to your admin panel.
   Example: https://[yourdomain.com]/admin/
4. Go to Extensions, and then click Modules.
5. Choose Amazon Pay &login 4 OXID by BESTIT, and then click Activate.

Payone

An update is available for your Payone Amazon Pay integration. A Payone representative will contact all merchants directly regarding the update of their shops. If you have any further questions, contact Payone directly.

Plentymarkets

Plentymarkets 7+ Ceres

1. Sign in to your shop back office.
2. Click Plugins, and then Plugin Overview.
3. Choose the Amazon Pay plugin set.
4. In the row for the plugin, click Update
5. From the drop-down menu, choose the latest version, and then click Install.

Plentymarkets Callisto

Plentymarkets has made all updates needed to the Callisto templates to meet SCA requirements. These updates have been made automatically so you don't have to do anything on your site.

Prestashop

Prestashop 1.6

1. Sign in to your shop back office.
2. Go to Modules and Services, and then click Payment.
3. Update the module Amazon Pay - Login and Pay with Amazon.
4. Click Advanced Parameters, and then click Performance.
5. Click Clear cache.

Prestashop 1.7

1. Sign in to your shop back office.
2. Go to Payment, and then click Payment Methods.
3. Update the module Amazon Pay - Login and Pay with Amazon.
4. Click Advanced Parameters, and then click Performance.
5. Click Clear cache.

Shopware

If you use a Shopware version 5.x, install the Amazon Pay plugin via your Plugin Manager. Depending on the version number of your Shopware shop, you may have a plugin version with a lower version number available. Please refer to the below version matrix for more information.

If you use Shopware version 4.x in your shop, download the Amazon Pay plugin via the bestIT page and install the zip file via the Plugin Manager.

Smartstore

Smartstore has made all updates needed to meet SCA requirements. These updates are made automatically so you don't have to do anything on your site.

If you operate a Smartstore.net store, you need to upgrade your integration to version 3.2.2 or higher. Installing one of these updates automatically makes the necessary SCA changes.

No SCA update is currently available for older versions or for Smartstore.biz.

Speed4Trade

Speed4Trade has made all updates needed to meet SCA requirements. These updates have been made automatically so you don't have to do anything on your site. If necessary, a Speed4Trade representative will contact you. If you have questions about the SCA update, contact Speed4Trade directly.

tricoma

An update is available for your tricoma Amazon Pay integration. A tricoma representative will contact all merchants directly regarding the update of their shops. If you have further questions please contact tricoma.

Visualsoft

WiziShop

WiziShop has made all updates needed to meet SCA requirements. These updates have been made automatically so you don't have to do anything on your site.

WooCommerce

If your plugin version is WooCommerce 1.10.1 or higher, your solution is already PSD2 compliant and no update is needed.

How you upgrade your WooCommerce plugin depends on whether your WooCommerce and WordPress accounts are connected.

• If your WooCommerce account is connected to a WordPress account, do this:
1. Go to your shop backend (example: https://[yourdomain.com]/wp-admin/), and then sign in.
2. On the left of the admin page in the side bar menu, click Plugins - Installed Plugins.
3. Select the WooCommerce Amazon Pay Gateway plugin checkbox, and then click Update Now.

   The alert symbol next to the plugin checkbox means that a new version of the plugin is available.

• If your WooCommerce account is not connected to a WordPress account, do this:

1. Log in to your WooCommerce admin page.
2. In the left menu, under Plugins, click Installed Plugins, and then select WooCommerce Amazon Pay Gateway .
3. Confirm your version of the plugin by checking the listed version number. If the version number shown is less than 1.10.1, you need to upgrade to the latest version.
4. Click Visit plugin site to go to https://woocommerce.com/products/pay-with-amazon/, and then click DOWNLOAD NOW.
5. Log in to your WooCommerce account with your WordPress account credentials, and then download the plugin.
6. In your WordPress backend, in the left menu under Plugins, click Add New, and then click Upload Plugin.
7. Drag the zip file that you downloaded in step 4, drop it on the Browse button in the page, then click Install Now.
8. After installation is complete, click Activate Plugin.

X-Cart

An update is available for your Amazon Pay X-Cart addon. Follow the instructions provided by X-Cart on Updating Addons. You will also see a notification about the addon update in your store admin area.

Xanario

An update is available for your Amazon Pay Xanario integration. Contact Xanario at support@xanario.de to learn more. Merchants will also be contacted directly by Xanario about the availability of the plugin and next steps.

Xonic

Xonic has made all updates needed to meet SCA requirements. These updates have been made automatically so you don't have to do anything on your site. If necessary, a Xonic representative will contact you.

XT:Commerce 3

XT:Commerce 4

Custom integrations

If you've used a custom or self-developed Amazon Pay integration, you need to update your Amazon Pay solution by applying code changes as described in the Amazon Pay SCA Upgrade Integration Guide. The Software Development Kits (SDKs) also include these changes.

If you’re using the Amazon Pay recurring payments service, follow the instructions for your integration type and transaction model below to upgrade.
